Actually there are no issues with property… the issue is with gram panchayat and their processing…. Which will transfdr better? But the khatha transfer and the property tax payment is still not done.

Suggest you to ask the current owner to get Khata transfer done on to his name and clear all the property tax dues. I did not do khata that time. Is it true or they are just playing around?
Copies of previous tax paid receipts if any — I am not paying the tax from past 4 years from the time registration happened. Is it under any panchayat limits? Currently some akrama Sakrama is over looks. If the property is A-Khatha one, after the transfer too it has to remain the same. When i went and inquired for the Katha transfer, they told me the owner of the site who has given the Katha is a forged one. Now you bought the building so you have to pay balance amount.
