There are some huge claims made early in this book: I went in with a slight air of cynicism yet as the book progressed I really felt like I was getting into it. In this step-by-step guide to EFT, Sophie Merle details the practice of tapping, illustrating the easily accessible points on the face, hands, and torso to tap and jecommnade what order.
The Book of Tapping: Emotional Acupressure with EFT by Sophie Merle
No trivia or quizzes wophie. The author explains how tapping can be done anywhere, offering both the full tapping protocol, which spphie takes a few minutes, and a short-form version, which takes less than a minute, for acute issues.
This EFT thing is for real. I loved this book. Burns marked it as to-read Jan 12, I didn’t know what to expect from The Book of Tapping being unfamiliar with this entire method.
I felt like it has really given me the skills to learn more about tapping and I’m already excited to put it to the test. Its main concern is the restoration of harmony using the meridian points of Chinese acupuncture, for which EFT is an emotion-based variation.

Mele I liked best about this book is that – it is very easy to understand, making it possible for anyone and everyone to explore EFT. Explaining how to open your energetic system to EFT treatment for fast and long-lasting results, she reveals how the energy psychology practice of tapping can be applied to any area of sopgie life but is particularly effective for emotional and psychological conditions, including panic attacks, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, anger, jealousy, and phobias, such as stage fright or fear of flying, providing immediate results in many cases.

In successive practices, I didn’t experience that enormous jecoommande of the first go-round, but it still felt like an improvement over where I had been. I memorized the method spohie use it now at work, in the car, when my co-workers are frustrated, an angry person calls on sophiie phone, or if I have a panicky moment.
