It means harming someone else is just hurting ourselves. Think of all the needless suffering we are causing ourselves through our mistaken belief that we are separate. A Great book that makes you think and poses some interesting questions. I want to point out some clues which suggest life is like a dream, for you to check out for yourself in livinng own immediate experience.

Sometimes it happens and its better to be in survival mode than having all of our senses assaulted. I don’t believe that we’re all somehow the interconnected manifestations of a single ‘life-dreamer’. This an extremely easy read – it took me 30 minutes, not an hour.

I agree with several of the other reviewers; if you have read other philosophical works, this book will not be an awakening. Tim Freke introduces what I would freie ‘the core beliefs’ of such a perspective. But the idea, and writing kept me reading.

Tell that to all those people who are suffering! I want to suggest that all we actually know for sure is what we are experiencing right now. And as awareness so am I.
